At Kurrency Kidz Inc., we believe it takes a community to raise financially confident leaders. Our volunteers are the heart of our mission — dedicated individuals who help us empower Maryland youth through financial literacy, leadership development, and job readiness programs.

Whether you’re a financial professional, educator, business owner, parent, or community advocate — there’s a place for you to serve. We welcome volunteers who can teach, mentor, organize events, or support administrative and outreach efforts.

Volunteering with Kurrency Kidz means joining a family of purpose-driven individuals who care about youth empowerment and economic literacy. You’ll build new relationships, grow professionally, and make a difference that lasts a lifetime.

Assist with youth workshops, classroom sessions, or community outreach events. Help manage materials, guide group activities, and support student learning.

Provide one-on-one or small-group mentorship to help teens build confidence, set goals, and explore career paths. Share your life experience and professional insight to shape future leaders.

Help us spread awareness by distributing materials, attending local events, and engaging community partners to support our programs and youth initiatives.

Support the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our organization strong — including communications, social media, data entry, and event coordination.

• Must be 18 years or older (youth volunteers welcome with parental consent).
   
• Complete a brief Volunteer Interest Form and orientation.
   
• Attend a Kurrency Kidz introduction session or event briefing.
   
• Background checks may be required for certain roles that involve direct youth interaction..
