Kurrency Kidz Inc. offers innovative, hands-on programs designed to teach Maryland youth ages 3–21 real-world money skills, leadership, and confidence. Each program gives teens the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive in life and in the workplace.

 Teaching the Power of Smart Money Choices

Our interactive workshops cover budgeting, saving, spending, credit awareness, and entrepreneurship. Teens learn how to manage money responsibly through games, real-life simulations, and team challenges. Every session turns complex financial topics into fun, easy-to-grasp lessons that build lifelong habits. 

 From Classroom to Career Confidence

This program prepares teens for the workforce by teaching résumé writing, interview skills, communication, and professionalism. Participants also learn about workplace ethics, time management, and financial planning for their first job. Kurrency Kidz connects students with local businesses for summer employment and mentorship opportunities. 

 Inspiring Teens to Lead with Purpose

Through mentoring, teamwork projects, and leadership coaching, youth discover their voice and learn to lead with integrity. We focus on emotional intelligence, goal setting, and problem-solving — essential skills that build character and confidence inside and outside the classroom.

Our entrepreneurship program introduces business basics, creative thinking, and digital innovation. Teens explore how to start small businesses, create budgets, and market their ideas. They gain confidence in their ability to earn ethically, manage money wisely, and give back to their communities.
